Claims must be submitted with pictures.
Fill out the form below with these details:
- Product location and style – for example – front entrance door, bathroom double hung, kitchen casement, rear patio door, or garage window etc.
- Tell us the problem – for example – seal failure, foggy glass, cracked glass, won’t close, what’s broken etc.
- Upload four pictures – MANUFACTURERS REQUIRE PICTURES OF THE DEFECT (inside, outside, close up and 3′ away). THEY WILL NOT PROCESS CLAIMS WITHOUT PICTURES.
- Complete information – is necessary for us to find your original order and research your situation.
- Incomplete information – will delay your claim by up to four weeks.
- Our Claim Department – will email you back after we locate your information.
